Refund & Return Policy – Silk Sway Fashions

Thank you for shopping at Silk Sway Fashions. We aim to provide you with high-quality sarees and ensure your satisfaction. In the rare event that your purchase arrives damaged during the delivery process, we offer a refund or return policy under specific conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

When You Can Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately. We will require photos of the damage for verification purposes. We need a proper unedited video while opening the package from beginning to end and any damages have to be shown in the video itself to initiate an exchange or return otherwise we can not go with the further process.

Do not accept tempered or damaged package.

Seller Error: Got the wrong item? No worries! We will arrange a return for the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra cost.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return/Exchange

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items without original tags attached.

Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).

How the Process Works

Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page.

Request Approval: In your email, please specify the reason for your return/exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.

Return Shipment: Once you receive the return label, please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.

Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.

 

International Orders:

If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.
If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.
If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on care@silksway.in. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
