1. What kind of sarees do you sell?
We offer a curated collection of beautiful sarees — from timeless silk and handloom weaves to lightweight cottons, chic printed sarees, and festive designer drapes. Whether you are dressing for a wedding, a party, or just want something elegant for everyday wear, we have got something for you.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing order is very Simple
Select your favorite saree
Click "Add to Cart"
Head to checkout
Enter your details and select a payment method
That’s it! You will get a confirmation by email or SMS once the order is placed.
3. What are the delivery charges and how long does it take?
We offer free shipping all over india. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 working days depending on your location. If you are ordering from a remote area, it might take a bit longer. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
4. Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, absolutely! COD is available for most pin codes across India.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on Silksway.in and track it from there.
6. Can I return or exchange my saree?
Of course! If there is a problem — like damage, wrong product, or size issue — just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please make sure the saree is unused, with tags intact. Returns for reasons like change of mind or slight color variation (due to lighting/screens) might not be accepted.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ PhonePe/ GPay/UPI & Netbanking. Cash on Delivery(COD) is also available.
8. Are the colors of the sarees exactly like in the photos?
We try our best to keep the images same as saree colours, But sometimes, colors might look slightly different due to the lighting effect. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will help you out.
9. Do you offer blouse stitching or custom orders?
We do! For selected sarees, you can opt for blouse stitching or fall/Pico finishing. Just check the product page or reach out to us for details and pricing.
10. How do I take care of my saree?
Silk & designer sarees: Dry clean only
Cottons & blends: Gentle hand wash with mild detergent
Store in a cool, dry place — preferably wrapped in a muslin cloth.
11. What if the saree I love is out of stock?
Don’t worry — just click the “Notify Me” button on the product page, and we will send you a message when it is back. Or reach out to us and we will try to help you find something similar.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally .
13. How safe is shopping on Silksway.in?
Very safe! We use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to keep your data protected. Your payment details are never stored or shared.
14. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Contact us within a few hours of placing it, and we’ll help you out. Once it’s dispatched, cancellations or edits are not possible — but you can still request a return (if eligible).
15. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! If you are ordering a saree as a gift, just let us know at checkout or drop us a message — we will wrap it beautifully for you.

Yes, 100%. We work directly with trusted weavers and artisans to bring you real, high-quality silk and handloom sarees. If a saree is certified or handwoven, we mention it clearly on the product page.
